The registration for vaccination for all above the age of 18 started yesterday. A pivotal milestone in our journey to battling against COVID-19, everyone from the movies has taken to social media to talk about the importance of vaccination and register as soon as possible.
While all the stars are posting the official link to the site, Kareena Kapoor Khan took to social media to break down the importance of the vaccine as explained to her son, Taimur Ali Khan. She posted a nostalgic clip from Tom and Jerry that perfectly describes how the double shot helps keep one safe against the virus. She wrote, “We don’t realise that our kids are also absorbing what’s going on and they are scared too.We were talking to Tim to try and explain why all the adults need to be vaccinated and I think this sums it up pretty well. It’s really that simple. But like we explain to our kids, we too need to be patient and help everyone who is trying to help us — medics, pharma, authorities and the millions of volunteers — please register and wait for your turn.”
