Post that, they have met a couple of times and their fans are die-hard fans of the duo’s camaraderie. Recently, it was revealed that Anupam’s wife Kirron Kher has been diagnosed with blood cancer. Anupam revealed that his friend and co-star Robert De Niro keeps a check on his wife’s health.
Anupam said, "He had also sent me a video to wish me on my birthday, and he keeps checking on Kirron’s health every few days. I had texted him after seeing his ad with Roger Federer, and in response, all he wanted to know was my family’s well-being and how Kirron was doing."
