Bipasha Basu took to her Instagram stories to urge everyone to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and also to stay safe and wear masks. "These are testing times and we need to fight this together. To fight the current state of chaos, we need to get vaccinated immediately. Vaccines are safe. They not only help us and our family but the community at large. There is a lot of misinformation around it and we need to filter all that. So guys, let’s stay safe, get vaccinated and wear a mask properly. Let’s make a difference together," the actress said in the video.
Bipasha and her husband, Karan Singh Grover, recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary together. “Happy 5th #monkeyversary my love. You are my everything," the actress had written while sharing a picture from their wedding. She and Karan refer to their relationship as "monkey love". The couple had tied the knot on April 30, 2016. They met on the sets of Alone and were last seen together in Vikram Bhatt’s Dangerous.
