Irrfan Khan passed away last year. His son Babil Khan is quite active on social media, often shares his throwback pictures and unseen clicks from his archives and leaves the actor's fans moved.
Last evening the young actor shared a lovely post where he said he misses his father and wished he could have shown his father how hard he’s working. He shared some lovely photos of Irrfan on social media. In the first click we see Irrfan in the company of his Angrezi Medium director Homi Adajania. In another click we see Irrfan playing with a calf. Babil posted some father-son clicks as well. Babil’s caption reads, ‘I’ve been working so hard man, wish you were here to witness.’ Several celebrities soon dropped heart emojis and sent out big virtual hugs to the young lad.
This year at the Filmfare Award when the late Irrfan Khan won the Best Actor In A Leading Role Award for Angrezi Medium, Babil came on stage to collect the trophy and said that he never got a chance to learn acting from his father.The actor passed away before that could happen. Babil added he would learn from his father’s colleagues instead and make him proud.
Babil Khan is soon going to make his debut on OTT with a film titled Qala. Bulbbul fame Tripti Dimri will star opposite him in the romantic drama.
