Kirron Kher celebrated her 69th birthday yesterday. The actress who’s known for her radiant smile, her rich silk sarees and several ‘on-screen’ mom avatars celebrated her birthday with her husband Anupam Kher and son Sikander Kher by her side. Kirron Kher is battling cancer and her fans and well-wishers kept flooding her with birthday wishes and sent out many prayers for her on social media.
Reading all the warm wishes, Anupam Kher decided to drop a video on his social media where Kirron Kher replies to all her well-wishers. In this short video shared by Anupam Kher, Kirron says, “I want to say a big thank you. Thank you so much for all your good wishes and all your love and all your prayers," she thanked everyone with folded hands and won the netizens’ hearts. Anupam Kher captioned this adorable video and said, “Thank you everyone for your wonderful wishes for Kirron on her birthday! Here she personally thanks all of you. Jai Ho.”

Son Sikander Kher too decided that he would share a video of Kirron Kher personally thanking everyone for the birthday love. In the video shared by Sikander, he begins off by saying, “Here she is. Looking stunning.” And then Kirron Kher appears on the video and says, "Sikander keeps giving me the messages. Am so happy that you keep remembering me and sending me so much love.” Now isn’t that truly adorable.
Earlier this year Anupam Kher had announced on his social media that Kirron Kher has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Soon her fans and her peers got worried for the actress and sent out prayers and wishes for good recovery. Last month, Anupam Kher shared an update that Kirron Kher is doing absolutely fine and even got her second vaccination done for COVID-19.
