Nushrratt Bharuccha is on a roll with the recent success of her Netflix release, Ajeeb Daastaans. The actor plays a house help in the film and describes it as a role she’d been eagerly waiting for. After this, it’s Ram Setu with Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez for the actor.
Speaking of how it was to be on sets with Akshay Kumar, Naushrratt said that she was nervous and everyone on sets knew about it. She further added that she had shared with her co-star Jacqueline that she was worried about meeting Akshay but once he was on set, he made her feel very comfortable and easy. She further added that the entire cast and crew helped her cope up with the nervousness and made it really easy for her.
Furthermore, she spoke of how it was disheartening when the shoot was halted because Akshay tested positive for COVID-19. She shared with Filmfare that she was home when she found out and immediately quarantined herself. To avoid any further spread, if at all.
