The trailer for actor Dhanush's Jagame Thandhiram is out and has quickly become the most trending topic for today on Twitter. Dhanush released the trailer on his social media handles with a small note which read: "What would have been a great theatrical experience coming to Netflix. Nevertheless hope you all enjoy jagame thandhiram and suruli."
The movie tells the story of Suruli (played by Dhanush) who is a reckless, gangster from Madurai who happens to get recruited by a London-based politically-affluent gang leader played by actor James Cosmo, and his men to understand and break into the illegal underworld operations of Sivadoss (Joseph Joju George) and his gang which is rising in power, taking control of the illegal weapons and gold business of London. Besides Dhanush, the film stars James Cosmo, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Kalaiyarasan, Joju George and others. The movie is directed by Karthik Subbaraj with music by Santhosh Narayanan.
